Leone has a background in managing large-scale sporting and cultural events and currently works as a project manager in the fast moving consumables sector. At Badgers, Leone ensures our daily & eventing operations run smoothly & professionally. She also coaches our junior girls teams, she represents Badgers on the senior team and regularly plays 5’s socials.
Romaney is a management consultant, working primarily on projects within education, community safety and non-profit work. Since creating Badgers in 2017, she plays a hands-on role in its strategic growth, operations, marketing and fundraising. She plays football as often as she can and is currently completing the FIFA Masters in Management, Law & Humanities of Sport.
